Our Service Process
Consultation & Design
Schedule a meeting with one of our sales representatives for a free consult and learn about how Family First Solar can provide a custom solar solution that will allow you to be energy self-sufficient. We’ll determine the best locations for solar panels and other equipment, look at your current energy usage, and come up with a custom energy solution.
Permitting & HECO Processing
Permitting is a fairly straightforward process here in Hawai’i. After you sign the contract, we will send our proposal to permitting and HECO and let them know about the solar panel installation. This process takes up to 15 days, and after that, we’ll get your installation on the books.
Installation & Savings
Solar installations are quick and easy! It only takes one or two days! Then your system will be energized, and you can start saving on your energy bills right away. Whether we’re installing solar panels and an inverter, or installing features like a solar water heater or a solar AC, your solar panel system will save you big and reduce your environmental footprint.
